Product Description
The Automatic Offline Horizontal Sticker Labelling Machine Model LABELSTIK-120H, is one of the most user friendly. The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated PLC Controlled Label Dispensing system with user friendly Sensing system for Label and Product. The machine is suitable for Labelling on unstable small diameter round objects. It is capable of Labelling up to 100 units per minute depending on product diameter and label size.
Machine suitable for Round Pre Filled Syringes, Ampoules, Vials, Inhalers, Roll On, Test Tubes and other Small Sizes of round objects.
Machine with Optional Product feeding hopper for regular shaped round objects for continues feeding. Feeding of product on machine conveyor is manually by operator for non standard product such as PFS, Blood Collection Tube with Cap hence in such case speed of machine is depending on product feeding speed of operator. Machine can be supplied with Automatic Feeder system having hopper and star wheel for Straight body cylindrical products only as optional items.
