Automatic High Speed Vertical Linear Sticker Labelling Machine with Rotary Star Wheel System Model LABELSTIK-300LR, is one of the most user friendly Sticker Labelling suitable to use for small diameter round products such as Vials, Eye Drop bottles etc. with speed upto 300 per minute. The Machine incorporates latest sophisticated PLC Controlled Label Dispensing system with user friendly Sensing system for Label and Product. It is capable of Labelling up to 300 units per minute depending on product and label size with the help of required change parts.

LABELSTIK-300LR having Rotary Star Wheel System to help and use unstable small diameter round product at high speed and similarly machine having Infeed and Exit Linear Conveyor system to connect labelling machine with any packing line for online operation. Machine with unique single point synchronized speed control system. The Inbuilt Automated Label Length detection systems eliminates any need for manually feeding and storing of Label Length data in memory and retrieving the same every time for change of Label Size & re-starting the Machine OR System with Label Size Feeding system as we offer both system depending on scope of supply and customer requirements.

Machine available with Various Standard as well as Optional Features such as Colour Touch Screen PC, Toughened Glass Safety Cabinet in Complete Stainless Steel Structure, Stepper or Servo Motor for high speed operation, Missing Label Detection in Roll, Missing Label Detection on Product, Online Product ejection system. Machine also available with unique Variable Speed Drive Control Product infeed belt which helps to achieve optimum speed for each product.

Machine is suited for Glass, Plastic, Aluminium, PET bottles of Pharmaceuticals, Mineral Water, Food Products and Pesticides having bigger Label Height and Length.
